Bio

Jeffrey Castle, CEBS is President of Castle Benefits Group, Inc.

He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and received his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania in 1988.

Prior to creating Castle Benefits Group (formerly known as Benefit Consultants, Inc.) in 1995, Jeff began his career in the Atlanta market as Group Sales Manager for Mutual of Omaha in 1983 and then as the Southeastern Regional Manager for Canada Life.  At Canada Life, Jeff opened the office from scratch, growing it from the ground up into the number one office in the company in four short years.

Jeff’s 25 years of experience in the employee benefit industry and his expertise in product knowledge, underwriting and sales cover all product lines and industries.  He has authored several articles on worksite and Section 125 plans, and is a leader in the Southeast region in voluntary dental, life and disability plans. This, along with expertise in group employer paid medical and dental, life, disability and 401(k) has given him the ability to work with businesses of all sizes and meet all of their needs.

Jeff is active in the Marietta community, and has served as President of Shaw Park Baseball Association where he twice received the Volunteer of the Year award from the Cobb County Parks and Recreation Association.  He is a member of First United Methodist Church of Marietta and was a member of the Board of Stewards. He is active with the Marietta High School Baseball, Wrestling and Football Booster Clubs and is a member of “The Chain Gang”during the football season.  Jeff and his wife, Kimberly, have been married for 21 years and have 4 children, Jenna and Jayne who attend Georgia Tech, and Judson and Josh who attend Marietta High and Middle Schools.  The family resides in historic Marietta.
